It’s been a while since I did a rambling, chatty kind of a post and I’m in the mood for one so here we go. Imagine me burrowed in blankets in a dark room with a mug of hot coffee as it’s lightly drizzling outside while I’m writing this- because that’s literally what I’m doing (except the coffee, that’s just for aesthetic purposes).

These days, music is my background sound. Travelling, walking, sleeping, existing- all I do during these things is listen to music. So, allow me to bless your ears with my recommendations. (By the way, as I’m writing this, I’m listening to Twenty One Pilot’s new music and Jumpsuits is a freaking roller-coaster; one that’s going to be stuck in my head for a long time now- along with Nico and the Niners).

The album that I’ve been listening to on repeat since it came out and will keep on listening to until my ears bleed is- drumroll please- Pray For The Wicked by Panic! At The Disco!

This album is a masterpiece. This is art. This is my snatched wig. I just, I love it, okay? I freaking love every single song on this. The whole album feels like a musical soundtrack, you know? And I absolutely love it when pop rock bands make songs that sound like musicals because that’s two of my favorite things combined.

My favorite songs from Pray For The Wicked are- Roaring 20s, High Hopes, Old Fashioned and Dancing’s Not a Crime. Although I’m in love with every single song.

As for my other recommendations, it’s July and it’s raining all the time here, so obviously, I made a Rainy Day Mix that I shall now share with thee.

I didn’t do aesthetic boards for Ronan and Noah yet but can you tell I’m obsessed with The Raven Cycle?? I’m guessing yes. If you’re wondering why, it’s because of the way these books feel- like long road trips and orange juice runs at 2 am and oversized sweaters next to bornfires and black blazers and beat up shoes and laughter in cars and it’s singing at the top of your lungs and hiking up a mountain and riding bikes and building blanket forts. I ❤ them.
